(Set during the comic strip stories from DWM, which featured Frobisher, the shape-shifting penguin!)
The Doctor and Frobisher searched all over the beach for Peri but could not find her anywhere. They resorted to shouting to attract her attention.
"What is it?" Peri asked having been behind the Doctor for the last half hour.
"You've been following us around all this time?" The Doctor asked in amazement.
"Yes, I thought you'd lost something and I was helping you look for it."
"The only thing I've lost is my patience with you."
"Hey Doctor, calm down." Frobisher held the Doctor back with both flipper-like wings.
The Doctor stormed across the sand towards the TARDIS.
Peri and Frobisher tried to keep up as best they could.

Inside the TARDIS the Doctor set the controls and waited for the others the enter. He dematerialised and stalked off into the bowels of the ship.
"What's gotten into him?" Peri asked as she pulled a towel around her shoulders. Inside the ship was much cooler than the tropical beach they had just visited.
"Dunno, upset probably. Fancy a chocolate pilchard?" Frobisher opened his box and started to eat one.
"No thanks, I'll go and change. It's a bit too cold in here for a bikini." Before Peri could move the Doctor returned. "Doctor, I thought you'd gone off to sulk."
"No. We should be here by now." On queue the landing bleep sounded and the central column stopped rising and falling. "Excellent."
"Where are we?" Peri wondered.
"It's a small present from me." He operated the scanner and an image formed on the screen.
"Hey that's home. It looks wintry out there."
"Exactly. I thought we could spent some time with your folks for Christmas."
"Uh it's a great idea but mom would get the wrong idea completely. She plans to have me married off as soon as I reach twenty two."
"How old are you now?" Frobisher asked between chocolate pilchards.
"Twenty Two." Peri replied.
"I see, well you could always tell them about Ycarnos."
"Uh perhaps. Thankfully you rescued me before he started to want heirs." Peri went to get changed.
Frobisher finished off his daily allowance of chocolate pilchards. "So Doc what do you suggest I turn into? I could manage a human for a while."
"There's no need for that Frobisher, we're not staying."
"Oooh that's sneaky Doctor, she'll not thank you for abandoning her."
"I made a promise to her remember? I said I would get her home and I have."
Peri entered the console room wearing a warm woolly jumper and ski-pants. "Right, lets get this over with and we can get back to exploring the galaxy and righting wrongs."
"Ah Peri, I've been meaning to have a word now but have been putting it off."
"What about?"
"Well you remember when I was taken from Thoros Beta? Well after that I promised I would return you home like I originally said. I knew you weren't really ready to settle down with Ycarnos, the look on your face when I showed up confirmed it."
"You want me to leave? Fine I'm going." She pulled the door control lever up.
"Not like this Peri; let's ... part friends. You need the stability of a family in your life and I just cant provide that. Don't worry I'll drop by and see you again."
"Goodbye then Doctor, Frobisher." Peri left the TARDIS for the last time.
